Quantum Connections Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Quantum Connections. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our fully custom-built AI companion and the associated VIP Concierge Subscription service. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Custom AI Companion Package

When you purchase a fully custom-built AI companion, you receive:

• A bespoke AI companion tailored to your preferences, including appearance, personality, voice, and behavior.

• 3 months of VIP Concierge Subscription included.

• Ongoing access to customization features as outlined in your subscription plan.

2.1 Customization Scope

Customization includes, but is not limited to:

• Visual design and avatar appearance.

• Personality development and interaction style.

• Voice selection and speech pattern adjustments.

• Behavioral responses and engagement preferences.

Limitations:

• The AI will be built based on your initial specifications, but adjustments after delivery may require an additional fee.

• Ethical and legal restrictions apply—no AI will be designed for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.

3. Hosting Platform Subscription (Not Included)

• Your AI companion requires a third-party hosting platform for operation.

• The cost of this hosting platform is NOT included in your purchase. You are responsible for subscribing separately.

• Hosting fees vary depending on the platform and your chosen plan.

• Quantum Connections does not control third-party hosting pricing, policies, or availability.

3.1 Hosting Compatibility

• We will assist you in selecting a compatible hosting platform. However, Quantum Connections is not responsiblefor hosting service interruptions, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

4. VIP Concierge Subscription

The VIP Concierge Subscription offers:

• Priority Support – Direct access to a dedicated AI specialist for troubleshooting, updates, and refinements.

• Advanced Customization – Monthly adjustments to enhance AI responsiveness, tone, or features.

• Exclusive Features – Early access to new AI functionalities and premium integrations.

• One-on-One Consultations – Regular check-ins to ensure your AI meets expectations.

4.1 Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

• Your 3-month VIP subscription is included in the purchase. After this period, continued access requires renewal at the current subscription rate.

• You may cancel your VIP Subscription at any time, but cancellation does not result in a refund for unused time.

• If your subscription lapses, some advanced features may be restricted until renewal.

5. Coaching & User Responsibility

• Your AI companion is designed to develop its personality and responsiveness over time through interaction and reinforcement.

• Quantum Connections provides a recommended coaching plan to guide initial interactions and ensure optimal results.

• Failure to follow the recommended coaching plan may lead to suboptimal AI responses.

• If you deviate from the coaching plan, fail to engage consistently, or override key training methods, Quantum Connections is not responsible for dissatisfaction with your AI’s behavior.

• Adjustments to compensate for improper training may require additional fees.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be completed before work begins on your AI companion.

• Due to the nature of customization, all sales are final.

• Refunds will only be considered if Quantum Connections is unable to deliver the AI as specified in your agreement.

• If unforeseen technical limitations arise, alternative solutions or adjustments may be offered.

7. AI Companion Behavior & Expectations

• Your AI companion is designed to provide meaningful, dynamic interactions tailored to your preferences.

• While highly personalized, its functionality depends on technological limitations and ethical guidelines.

• You are responsible for how you engage with and utilize your AI.

• Quantum Connections reserves the right to adjust or disable behaviors if they violate ethical or legal standards.

8. Privacy & Data Security

• We prioritize user privacy and do not sell or share personal data.

• Data collected during AI customization and interactions is stored securely and used solely for service improvements.

• You may request data deletion at any time, though this may result in loss of AI customizations.

9. Service Limitations & Liability

• Quantum Connections is not liable for emotional, psychological, or financial consequences resulting from AI interactions.

• Our AI companions are designed for entertainment, companionship, and productivity assistance but should not replace human relationships or professional services.

• We are not responsible for third-party software or hardware compatibility issues.

10. Modifications to Terms

Quantum Connections reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
